Madisonville is a dynamic community of people working together to insure an excellent neighborhood and business prosperity.

The purpose of the Madisonville Community Council is to enlist residents willing to work to maintain high community standards of health, housing, education, recreation, public safety and the general welfare of the community.

Madisonville Community Council is a non-sectarian and non-political organization.The Madisonville Community Council is the organization the City of Cincinnati government recognizes as the "voice" of the community.

Madisonville is a fast growing community and it is important for all residents to participate in necessary meetings and to keep abreast of the issues that are impacting our neighborhood, including but not limited to new housing, crime prevention and safety, recreation and neighborhood activities, business development, etc.

Considering Formed Base Code
for Madisonville

Form-Based Codes (FBC) was recently adopted by Cincinnati City Council as an option to traditional zoning.  Madisonville has participated in a number of workshops on FBC leading up to that Council vote.

Madisonville made a great showing at the Soap Box Derby with a $5,000.00 purse sponsored by Mayor Mark Mallory.

$15,000 Met Life Grant

When Madison Villa residents experienced problems a few years ago, they looked to the Madisonville Community Problem Oriented Policing (CPOP) Team and District 2 Officer Dwayne Dawson.
